This will entail searching our comprehensive database, placing select adverts to draw on target markets, and drawing from our established networks.

Call us old-fashioned if you will, but we test every one of our applicants on basic Spelling, Grammar and Mathematics in conjunction with MS Office Suite and typing. We have a range of additional tests to suit your role such as proofreading, accuracy, psychometric evaluations and many more.

Our consultants have an average of 10 years experience and will thoroughly interview and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioural questions before providing you with a shortlist. After the interview process, we will begin tailored reference checking on identified candidates and can help with salary advice and market-comparison information.

And the bottom line? You don’t pay a thing until the best person for the job is sitting in that vacant chair!
