WellsGray Timesheet

Weekly Timesheets for WellsGray temporary employees.   Please remember to fax timesheets to 9600 1844 by close of business on Friday.

Employment Agreement

If you haven't already done so, you'll need to sign and submit this agreement before commencing your assignment.

Tax File Number (TFN) Declaration Form

You'll need to provide us with your Tax File Number using this form before we can commence payment to you.

Choice of Superannuation Fund

WellsGray employees can use this form to choose which superannuation fund they would like contributions made to.

Banking Details

Need to change your banking details?  Use this form and fax it through to us by 5pm Friday on 9600 1844.
